Hi, I’m Kane Springer, the owner and hands-on host of Fun Times Resort & Rentals. With two decades of hands-on experience in real estate investing, contracting, building, and property management, I have perfected creating superior spaces and experiences.

FT Lake Side (A 2-unit combo of FT Lake Front & FT Pool Side)—5 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms (Sleeps 13)

The Vision
After 30 years in the Kansas City area, I decided to shift my focus, knowledge, and skills toward building and managing spaces that are truly FUN—places where people want to be, and places where I want to be…Happy Places! 😃 My search for a backdrop of lakes and mountains led me to Norris Lake, Tennessee. With Fun Times Resort as the anchor, I’m expanding into other prime Tennessee locations like Nashville, with even more exciting destinations on the horizon.
