About Fun Times Resort & Rentals

Hi, I’m Kane Springer, the owner and hands-on manager of Fun Times Resort & Rentals. With two decades of experience in real estate investing, contracting, building, and property management, I have dedicated my career to creating superior guest experiences.

Our Properties:

We currently offer six unique units across three distinct properties, all designed the same; luxury, high-end, and FUN vibes—you’ll know when you’re in a Fun Times rental!

  • Fun Times Resort at Indian River on Norris Lake: Our premier 4-unit luxury lakefront resort.

  • FT Nash: A luxury, fun townhouse located in downtown Nashville.

  • FT Grand: A luxury, comfortable 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment in Grandview, Missouri.

The Vision:

After 30 years in the Kansas City area, I decided to shift my focus and skills toward building and managing spaces that are truly FUN—places where people want to be, and places where I want to be!   My search for the perfect backdrop of lakes and mountains led me to Norris Lake, Tennessee.   With Fun Times Resort as the anchor, I’ve expanded into other prime Tennessee locations like Nashville, with even more exciting destinations on the horizon.
